At HerboSoul, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message (where applicable).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, HerboSoul may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

  • The provided address is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the parcel.

  • The parcel is refused without a valid reason.

The order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, HerboSoul is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

International Shipping

Currently, HerboSoul ships within Pakistan only.
